Hourly rate: $150 Travel charges: Over 5 miles from 98021, $40.00. 20-30 miles $60.00. Over 30 miles, actual travel time billed at $150 hourly rate. Weekends, after hours: 1.5 times hourly rate = $225 per hr. Holidays, emergency service (less than 2 hour arrival request) $300 per hr.
